Chris has been a Chef for over 40 years, having been the youngest Head Chef in Forte Hotels, he went onto be Head Chef at The Randolf Hotel in Oxford and The Castle at Windsor to name a few. He’s catered for The Queen, Prince Charles and The Queen Mother. He’s passionate about his food and therefore Breakfast at Penryn House is outstanding – recognised by the AA with a Breakfast Award.

We insist on the best possible produce and are fortunate to live in a part of the world that provides just this – our lovely free-range eggs being sourced from just up the road in Trerulefoot – so we source locally, where possible – culminating in a breakfast menu to shame 5* hotels!
We serve breakfast between 8.00 am and 9.30 am in our spacious restaurant – please see our menu to tantalise your taste buds.
We cater for most diets, so if you have any special requirements, just let us know and we shall endeavour to do our best.
