Guest Guidelines and Terms of Stay

To ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules. By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with these conditions.

Smoking Policy

No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the premises at any time, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.

If smoking occurs inside the establishment, a cleaning charge equivalent to three nights’ stay will be applied to cover specialist cleaning and loss of accommodation use.

Pets (Dogs)

Dogs remain the sole responsibility of their owners at all times.

Owners must ensure dogs do not disturb other guests or cause damage.

Any damage or additional cleaning required as a result of pets may incur extra charges.

Private Areas

Access to private or staff-only areas is strictly prohibited unless expressly invited by the owners.

Noise & Consideration for Others

Please be respectful of other guests. Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 pm and 7:30 am

Damage and Breakages

Guests are asked to take reasonable care of the property and its contents. Any damage, breakages, or excessive soiling may be charged accordingly.

Safety

Candles, portable heaters, and cooking appliances are not permitted in guest rooms. Please familiarise yourself with fire exits and emergency procedures displayed at the premises.

Visitors

For security and comfort reasons, only registered guests are permitted on the premises unless prior approval is given by the owners.
